Embodying Presence and Voice in the Classroom (Stagecraft of Teaching Series) In-Person

We communicate with our whole body; we teach with our whole body. As instructors, it can be easy to ignore our teaching instrument in the moment. This workshop will examine how our embodied physicality (body, voice, stage presence, breath) connects with our teaching and student engagement. This fun and playful workshop will involve light physical activity, including being on the floor. Feel free to dress casually.

Facilitated by Paul Hengesteg, CELT Scholarship, Assessment, and Programs Coordinator
